E.ON AG is one of the world's largest non-state-owned energy utilities. E.ON Hungária wanted to replace the offline, desktop application it had been using for years, so we started designing and developing a cloud-based, user-friendly web application called Calc.ON.
Calc.ON is a design support tool that helps manage the materials and services required to implement infrastructure investment and maintenance. Its users are E.ON development engineers, in-house and external development engineers (contractors, construction companies).
The main goal of the project is digitalizing and optimizing of business processes, which is highly relevant in today's market processes.
Calc.ON oversees the various calculations carried out during the project and offers tools to monitor the investment budget of the ongoing development, thus optimizing costs.
Our system is able to track changes in the parameters of services and materials, which are constantly updated in form of individual projects or calculation models.
With advanced access management solutions integrated into the system, administrators can flexibly manage users and their access to the system.
With the improved solutions, the system can significantly increase the efficiency of project planning and help identify the points at which the information gathered by project management.
With the help of the developed application, the user can access the prices of agricultural crops, currency pairs important for trade and agrometeorological information.
The system developed opens up a new dimension in the world of location-based marketing systems. Campaigns can be created on the platform and notified to users via mobile push notifications.
